new to ilok.... HELP

Hello...I just got an ilok dongle to use with sony oxford. I registered the ilok , then I registered sony oxford. Now the Sony plug ins show up in my ilok account as available....I sync them to My ilok. Once I open Logic pro 7 the Sony plug ins pop up a window saying "register" , that the ilok key doesnt have the licenses to use them . I went to ilok.com and synchronized my ilok again...but when try opening logic Sony cant see the licenses on the ilok dongle....Please help.
I have sent emails to sony, pace and ilok ... but nothing yet...

did you ever have demo versions? Sometimes if you have demos and full versions installed, the demos will show up looking for a demo authorization.

Also, you have to actually download the particular license to the iLok. Did you do that or did you just synchronize the iLok?

The site has changed, but I think you should go to the "you've got licenses" link to complete the download.

That happened to me with my URS plugins. Be sure to download the PACE drivers!

I had sony oxford demos for 2 days, which never got to work either on the ilok....when I installed the non demo versions to the ilok it said it would cancel the demos, but in any case I had unistalled the demos from my system before doing it.
When I got the license for the Sony oxford and registered those with ilok it showed in my account as "you have licenses" then I transfered those to the ilok, AFAIK.
when I go to ilok.com and see my account I can see a little "i " next to my ilok key's name.... when I click on that it shows all sony oxford plug ins with expiration to " never" .
I click identify and synchronize and everything seems to be ok...the little green light at "inserted" showes up, synchronize does its thing......but still cant open the plug ins :(

I downloaded that already twice. btw...Im on Macbook Pro core duo 2 ghz, osx 10.4.9 . tried to open plug ins with Logic pro 7 and Live 6.

It could well be an incompatibility between 10.4.9 and iLok/Oxford. Have a look around the net, there are many threads about this. Start here:

yep. OS 10.4.9 is causing problems all over the map so far for plugins and software.
i always wait to upgrade so i find out the details before i suffer.

Try running the 10.4.9 Combo Update from the Apple site. There are known issues using the delta update done by "Software Update".

Tried that...No luck :( .
this is what Ilok tech support answered me:

Hello Sebastian,

I do see 8 valid licenses on your iLok. Please contact the software developer
of the software you are attempting to use for further information on the use
and authorization of their product.

Understand that the software developers are the only ones capable of licensing
their products. PACE merely builds the infrastructure for the software
publishers to distribute their products in the way that is consistent with
their licensing terms.
