Best CD program that is VST

What is a great program that is VST that performs like Sony (Sound Forges) CD Architect.

What I liked about CD architect is you can like up all the tracks and put the amount of each limiter in each track and save it, and then it applies the limiter upon burning the image file and CD.

Any help on this?

I wish Cd Architect would take VST but it doesn't, so time for a new program.

I have Wavelab 6 and perhaps that is the way to go.
