Question Cheap Apple Memory?

I need to buy a 1-gig stick for my (Intel Core Solo 1.5Ghz) Mac Mini. 2 Qs:

1. Know any places where I can save some $?
2. Anyone know what the warranty deal is with installing it myself? Will I be voiding it this way, etc.?

Thanks, slutz.
