Melodyne Studio 3 vs Melodyne Uno

I use mostly use synths and samplers and for my audio work i use vocals and possibly guitar and bass, not usually anything else,

I track 1 by 1 so the only advantage i can see Studio 3 has over Uno is for a few guitar chords here and there

Im i right or am missing something?

What would you get if money was an object?

Thanks boys
