Does Kontakt 2 work with Cubase SX 2?

I just purchased Kontakt 2, installed it as a VST Plug-in, everything seemed to work ok, got a message saying sth like installation completed. If I check in My Computer (Windows XP), there is a file Program Files/Native Instruments/Kontakt 2 (with VSTPlugins) but when I go to Cubase and try to see on the list of VST Instruments menu, Kontakt 2 is not one of the choices available (like it should be, according to the manual) Any ideas?

Move the Kontakt.dll from the Kontakt folder to the Cubase VST plugins folder

out of curiosity, is there any way of making the font size larger in Kontakt? I found this button "Options" clicked on it, got to "Interface" changed "menu font size" to large, tells me I will need to reboot kontakt to have that in effect but when I do that, still not working. Is that a feature that works only in the stand alone application or it is possible to increase the font size in the VST Plugin version of Kontakt as well?
