i have always used soundforge to record vocals and quite frankly im tired of having to paste them on beat by ear... i wanna have my set up like they do at rap radio stations.. when somebody rhymes it just comes out as like a live feed over the beat no latency or anything... how do i do this?/what do i need? plz help. |

answer..... firstly it sounds like you want one track for beats and another for rapping ?? so when you rap everything is perfectly aligned ?? ie.rap to beat. correct ??.....if currently this is not happening tell us what sound device your useing. if.as i suspect your mebe useing the cheap sound chip in your pc.... you need a low latency sound card. like a audiophile 2496 for cheap ..and also consider getting some multitrack software like in my sig . this will give you creative freedom with oodles of tracks to create your songs. without knowing your set up in more detail its difficult to advise further. ie......pc..sound card currently etc.
