Software for burning discs?

What kind of software do you guys use to burn WAV files to CD-Rs?

Does it matter what you use? Any quality issues to watch out for? I don't want to lose any of the recorded sound at that point in the process...

Any advice?

Thanks!

Any software that will burn data CDs will do the job.
Here's a nice piece of freeware: http://www.cdburnerxp.se/

tips for creating 'continuous flow' CD

I was wondering what the best way to creat a continuous flow disc - basically i make electronic music and want the songs to fade in and out of each with no pause in between. do i just create on continous track in pro tools, then use a cd burning program to separate the tracks to burn to disc? any suggestions? thanks! im also searching other forums to see if this has been answered.

I believe that CD architect can do this. I used to have this program, and you could have one large wav file, and then drop track numbers into it where you want them.

The litest version of Samplitude/Sequoia should give you excellant tools for what you want to try. Samplitude Classic version. It's basically in the same ballparks as CD Architect but with the excellent sounding Sequioatude audio engine.
