Problem with Waves plug-ins

I just installed my Waves Gold Native Bundle 4.0 on my new computer about 3 days ago and my computer kept crashing over and over. I uninstalled the bundle and everything works fine now...

Has anybody had this happen to their setup?

I just got a new computer, everything worked perfectly with my old one ( which was nothing fancy btw)...
My need PC has an intel dual core processor, could this have anything to do with??

you're gonna have to upgrade to at least Waves V5..possibly higher. And FYI, all Waves plugs require an Ilok to run now. Prepare to be WUP'd

I just got a copy of Cubase SX3, and also have the Wave Diamond 5.0 Bundle. Is there gonna be any problems with this set up? I've asked before, but I'm a little paranoid about crashes and bugs etc,,

If your using Protools version 7 or higher,
Make sure you have the ProTools 7 update for your WAVES from www.waves.com
Protools7 will get wacky without this update

No problems with WAVES and SX3 here at all FYI
If your running and Intel MacPro, WAVES is not supported yet.
If your running a PPC Mac like me then yo u can get them runing by downloading the 5.2 and 5.03 waveshells and deleting the old ones. Delete the prefs and your good. SX3 and WAVES is cool
