Thread Starter | firewire 400 vs firewire 800
Hello there I know it's a subject that has been here before but I have a serious question. I've just got my Western Digital 250 GB with FW-400 & FW-800 external harddrive for my MacBook Pro 2.16 GHz Intel Core Duo ( so it's the one with the FW400 on it ) and I bought a firewire 400 expresscard so I won't have to run my Digi 002R trough the same FW-bus. But know I've heard that if you put in a FW-800 express card in it wil work with the FW-800. If this is true ,please say so ...and tell me that i'm an idiot thanks guys
