Adding frames in Pro Tools?

Does anyone know how to add a precise number of frames of silence to a soundbite at the beginning and/or end of an audio region in Pro Tools?

Either a way to type in a number of frames to add or it would be fine if I had to do it manually by moving the cursor one frame at a time in trim mode.

how about :

- enable 'shuffle' mode upper left of the edit window
- make sure nudge is set to '1 frame'
- place the cursor on the position you want to insert the silence
(you might wanna do that on the number of tracks you want to insert the silence on or on all tracks to do a global insert

- now you can hold shift and press '+' to nudge / extend the selection

or

- press '/' on the numeric keypad to toggle through the start / end / length fields to enter a number

Oh ... right ... you'd have to set the main timeline rules to timecode to enter frames.

And then you do a global insert silence. I'm not in front of PT right now and can't remember the shortcut for that.
