Inexpensive audio editor

I found an editor called acoustica, by acon digital (www.acondigital.com) that looks really good and works well. I have an older version of soundforge and this seems just as powerful. The CD burning features are cool too. There's a 30 day trial (which I am currently using but I think I am buying this-just want to put it through its paces a little more) and it's for PC only. I do not work for the company or have any connection to them, just want to help people like me who are short on cash...
