hypothetical: Royalty splits of a cover song

Just looking to get some of your insight into the following scenario.

after getting a mechanical license, how would you split up ownership/rights/royalties of a cover song between the following people:

producer: does all programming and arrangement with some direction from singer.
singer: initiated the project and guides its direction
unpayed session musicians (say 2): plays some parts written by the producer

thanks!

Songwriter =100%

multiple songwriters? = split between them, usually equally

If you have a producer working for points, a few % to him/her the bulk to songwriter(s)

is there a publisher involved?
