in the 35+ year history of mainstream personal computer piracy one short term alternative is quickly and seamlessly followed by another will the tide simply turn back to non centralised p2p like the gnutella based networks? Its obviously much easier to go after a centralised search or distribution server , than it is to go after individuals ip addresses handing out court summons for single mp3 downloads |
