Yeah, I noticed some posts I've made in the last few days are missing. What is going on?

Welcome to the missing post boat!
I am a bit relieved that it is not just me. All day I thought it was Thursday already and now this.. I was getting a little concerned about my well being.
I did noticed this AM the site was down for "maintanance".. maybe Snyder lost a few.
What really sucks is that I have been de-moted to "Gear interested".

i noticed i lot of post's missing as well.
i am also suspect of the thanks button.
the thanks thread and all the glories thanks Post seem to have thankfully faded, they simply no longer exist.
i think their may have been far to much thanks here on gearslutz for just the one thanks button.

And to think I spent my morning coffee time contributing valuable input to these forums, only to have my posts lost in cyberspace somewhere.

Well, if it makes you feel any better, Jules had his own post deleted too.... He posted a link to a Henry Rollins rant that totally kicked ass and now the post is gone.
Luckily, I caught it before if evaporated into the ether.....

I kind of think that thanks button was a goofy feature as well.......Lets just call that a failed experiment and never speak of it again.

Lots of posts missing. Noticed a thread just now that I and others had contributed trouble shooting ideas to over the last couple of days and it's been gutted. What's up?
