what can I do with 1GB jazz drives disks?

Hi folks, Between 1996 and 1998 I ws an intense user of the Iomega Jaz drievs. I used it on a two Dm800 + ADAT XT rig at that time.
Everyone I know that uses or used that piece of crap, had serious problems of data loss and so. I´ve heard there is some chemical product ( I dunno) that can clean the jazz disks so you can use them again. I have 16 disks here just waiting for the waste basket. So, any ideas?
Yes, Iomega sucks. I bought that based on several EQ ads with Phil Nicollo, etc etc.
I´m aware that 1GB models were discountinued and now they only do the 2GB models... or have this company went bankrupt? I would not be surprised.

works fine with my akai samplers ... cant say a bad thing about it .

Hi bud. Which model are you using? the 1GB or the 2GB? Here in Brazil all my firnds that used the 1 GB models with samplers, VS´s, etc etc had big problems.

I see the 1 gb Jaz disks sold on ebay all the time. Maybe you could bundle them up and sell them to the lowest bidder. I have a 1 gig drive that I use with my K2000. I've only owned one cartridge and it hasn't died on me yet. I'm sure its just a matter of time though.
