Thread Starter | Make it easy, filter by brands, how to filter brands?!
I recently purchased a mobile phone subscription from one company, I couldn't use it at home due to the signal being out of range. Then I purchased another subscription at another company, the signal was still very very poor. I decided to try once more, even if it was becoming expensive for me now and that company's exact same solution solved the problem perfectly. The signal was all of a sudden perfect at my home. But this is not the only time I realise I get completely different quality from the same solution/service at the same cost. More often than not it seems to be a fact... During the last years I seem to have developed a certain belief in the argument that gear should primarily be filtered and purchased by brand, rather than by something else. The quality of a product is very brand related and for that reason it seems to be both logical and efficient to primarily filter products by brand, before going deeper into the feautures of the products etc... What are your thoughts, reactions and comments about this?! And if this is the most efficient gear upgrade strategy, how should companies (especially new ones) be validated prior to new purchases? Should we make a product category - brand toplist here? Please put some fuel on this discussion! stike stike stike |
