Hi Pete. If you read the receipts that you received on your orders, or went to our websites, you would realize that you have actually not contacted support

Support is located here:
Slate Digital Helpdesk

This support contact is on all of our receipts, on all of our webpages, and all of our newsletters. The emails that you sent were to automated systems that do not connect with humans.

Cheers,
Steven

Slate support

Hey,

Ssd4 client here and vcc and vtm,

You'll know when you are at slate support cus you have to fill in a ticket. That way everybody gets served fairly and in order .

although , apparently if you are from philly, and your name is a cool acronym like cla, steve will buy you drinks and let you record special trx in expensive studios, man, now thats what I call support!

I thought he may have been on the idyllic tax haven of the Cayman Islands after all the pre orders for the Raven.

Cheers
