| Lives for gear | Remastering I have a remastered version of Blizzard of Ozz that sounds like someone is frying bacon in a gymnasium. It's so gnarly in the top end that I can't even turn it up (It's not the re recorded version, BTW). That album never really sounded that good, but it had a vibe of some sort. Some things I guess are meant to remain in their lo-fi glory (I used to trip on people who told me they liked that guitar sound, I always thought it sounded like a rockman on fire ).
