WTF!!! I just got my Orville from UPS today. They left it on my front steps! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR It could have rained! The neighborhood kids could have stolen it! A roaming dog could have peed on it! Orville! Outside! On my steps! The wrongness!

I'd tell that to UPS but then the dealer who sold it to me would have to deal with their insanely difficult claim process, and wait only to get part of his money or none after much months. I think I'll just ship an "Orville" to myself insured for $6K and if they leave it out again then I'll give them a call. Orville! Outside! They have no morals! |

Both UPS and FedEx leave your shit at your front door by default. It's actually signed for by "FRONTDOOR." With big ticket items, I'll ask the dealer to send them 'signature request' or 'by appointment' (FedEx has the appointment service.. not sure if UPS does). Much better than soggy gear.

what was that whle marketing ploy that had a few years back... (it iwas one of the FED/UP companies) "The Golden Package" (hold the jokes) where they do not know which package is of the most importance or something to that effect and so they treat each package as it was the most important. HA! golden B.S. |

Soon someone is to bring a 40 pound parcel of fantastic gear from overseas to Europe for me, where another guy will pick it up and fly it to here. It will mean three flights and with such weight I gather they´ll not allow it to be taken into the passengers cabine. I am worried like shit. Ruphus
