if i don't get nebula activated for the week end i'm going to be really pissed

ok , after days of reading what hardware i could use on the 2bus to give some character to my stuff, i decided to give nebula plugin a try instead and purchased the pro version ... i tried the free one before and although very limited, i understood the potential of the pro vers + some commercial libraries(tape,pre eq ....)

i installed and opened the AU plug in logic 9, in order to generate a .ser file to be uploaded and receive back the auth and .. well the .ser file isn't there nor the folder which should contain it ... tried also with reaper and vst plug , still nothing .

i wrote to support yesterday afternoon and if by tonight i don't get it authorized to be able to play over this week end i'm going to be very pissed ...

Don't give yourself a stroke. Go to computer section on GS. Put up a request for help. Try doing a google search. Find a users site for that product. I find many answers on google. Ipod froze. Adat machine sounds like crap. The key is to find someone who knows nebula or has had the same problem.
9 out of 10 times when I find someone to help me fix the problem I realize I would have NEVER figured it out on my own. GT

HI Glenn , thx for your advice . unfortubately it's a bug that happens on some new mac , i just have to wait for support to wake up and generate a file for me , there is no other solution
