i would be sad if the olympic torch burned the whole hard disk c on my computer

i would be devastated if it simply destroyed the zero sector of the hard disc, where the vital information of their function is saved

I was going to say pretty much that, or, great, they can read all the hatemail from my ex for me.

There is a kind of code among many hackers who would not do this type of thing. This is just criminal maliciousness, very nasty stuff. You have to wonder what kind of mind gets off in this.

Yes ., I totally agree with you.

I recently up-loaded a midi keyboard on Gum-tree (Ax.Pro.49) and receiving 1 reply, e-mail of course, this very sneaky bastard nearly had me from phishing me out. I must admit, I'm no silly person, however wise enough to know what's right to say and not, still that person was a very pro internet crook. Very smart indeed how he / she started to gather information. Still, that cookie was not smart enough for my takings, sore loser

One guy over at High-End posed the question as to why so many of us use Macs.

This is why. No worries.

I've always thought that FB itself is a pretty bad virus.

That would have been Myspace. Visiting that site would cause your browser to slow to a crawl and crash.

We must except 'Bob' is the living "avatar of slack"

Lightbulb

.

I know - this MYTH is a huge load of crap.

My wife does tech support at a large international firm,
and they have an endless stream of Macs with virus problems - and it's BEEN this way for YEARS.

But lucky (so far) Mac users will find out soon enough.

.

Really? That's interesting since to this date, there are exactly ZERO viruses that infect OS X.

I have no protection on any of my MACS, and never a problem... yet. Fingers crossed.
