Robin Crow.....anyone know him?

I just picked up a book by producer/musician Robin Crow.

I'm curious to know if anyone in the music biz knows of him? He's a x musician/producer turned "motivational speaker".

Anyone know if he ever had legitimate records or credits? Was he ever a platinum or gold artist?

Thanks for your time!

Yes, he owns DarkHorse studios in Franklin, TN. Kinda like a 4 star hotel vibe with a recording studio. Decent gear, cool. laid back vibe.

I interned for them back in the late 90's, did a lot of Christian bands, some A-listers as well.

Interesting fellow, he was building a PT suite at the time in the basement of the main complex...

Yeah, Robin is great ---excellent guitarist, studio visionary, and yes, now a motivational speaker. He's built Dark Horse from the ground up to be an top notch studio, with lots of A list artists and producers booking there. When I first met him, I was recording in what is now referred to as "the cabin"---still a vibey place, but he needed more space, and, by Jove, he's got it. Horses fenced in the pasture, nicely shaped hills of Williamson County, TN sloping all around, way cool stave church/norwegian structure---he just kept getting great clients, and now Dark Horse is a fairly famous place. Really nice place to record. Again, since the question is about Robin, he's a prince of a guy.
