Thumbs down The Bravery On The Cover of Keyboard Magazine Now?

The April 2006 issue of Keyboard arrived in the mail today and I had to double check the cover date: it was April 2006, not April 2005. Then I went to Amazon to find out when that Bravery album came out: March 29, 2005.

Why did it take a year for Keyboard magazine to put the Bravery on the cover, long after the album came out, the tour came and went, and the album peaked in late spring, early summer of 2005?

If Keyboard's mission is supposed to be relevance, this issue is an abject failure before I even turned the first page.

Even our client at Future Music magazine had these guys on their "Return of the Synth" cover last summer.

This is just one simple cracker's opinion but I think Keybored Magazine SUCKS. Not nearly slutty enough for me.

I agree... Keyboard SUCKS big time... there used to be a time years ago where I could go through that mag for a couple of weeks (on and off) and always find educational or informative things in there... the last one I bought a few months back I went through it in 1 sitting and never needed to pick it up again... a waste IMHO...

r.

The band just started on a new tour a couple months ago... I hooked up their bus and got them some new keyboards.

I may on occasion talk about some of the products I am a dealer for in my posts.. and that's OK! I sell them because I like them. Not vice versa. It's more fun to talk about things you know and love, then things you don't.
