My Portico (5012 and a 5042) arrive and...

the asian-made AC/DC converter doesn't work. Grrrrrrrr. Now you'd think they'd send TWO converters because I bought two units, but they actually send ONE and a little Y cable so you don't have as many wall-warts. I love RND, but this is irritating. Happy Thanksgiving, Gearslutz!

That's not right. That's a lot of scratch and some bad service..

I've had bad experiences with companies, hopefully they'll take care of you. The only thing worse is the "out of sight, out of mind attitude."

Sorry to hear that, hopefully it was an honesty mistake!

I called Josh and he sent me a new one UPS 3-day at no charge. They took care or me right away, as I expected. I was simply bummed at the situation.

It's all good; they are in perfect working order!!
