I know what you mean. One of my favorite lame lines is from Led Zeppelin's "Dancing Days" "You told your mama I'd get you home, but you didn't tell her I had no Car. I saw a lion he was standing alone with a tadpole in a jar." WTF? |

the Lion symbolizes Realized Manhood the tadpole in the jar symbolizes Undeveloped Youth the speaker is symbolically caught between being wanting to be a Man- i.e. dating an attractive young woman, and still being a Boy -i.e. not having a car to take the girl on a proper date. you're welcome
