Let's grade your first sentence: minuses for "PLUGIN," instead of "plug-in," and for not putting your punctuation inside the quote... possible plus for using an apostrophe for plural on the acronym, but even that's controversial.

In reality, proper grammar, terminology and even technical jargon, are moving targets being constantly eroded and replaced by common usage. Oh, and "foolness?" That's not even a word... yet, anyway.

So, if you can't find a reference in (The) New Yorker or Elements of Style, I wouldn't worry about it. Language lives and breathes. I recommend "Do You Speak American?" and "The Story of English" by Robert "Robin" MacNeil.

Now's the time for me to say what everyone truly thought the moment they saw the OP's post.

Who cares?

I would like to take this moment to formally apologize to the entire Gearslutz community for my inappropriate usage of the word "PUSSY's"---clearly a possessive and clearly the wrong usage---and failing to type the correct word, which is, of course, "pussies."

I would like to make it clear that I take full responsibility for my despicable action. I let my family down. I let my wife down...and please know that she is blameless, and I'm so sorry to have put her through this. And most of all, I'm sorry to have let Gearslutz down.

There is no excuse for my actions. I can only hope to do my very best, with God's help and a few inexpensive plug-ins, to regain the trust I have squandered like such a dum litle pussie.

Thank you. There will be no further kwestions.

It's just as bad as people using loops/samples over and over through out a song...I feel the same way about that as you do the vst thing, so how about getting people to stop that also

PS. I will always call it a NEWMAN mic to, the right way just sounds so stupid!!
