Line 6 product repair

"Q: Can I fix my Line 6 device myself? Can I get repair assistance from Line 6?
A: If your Line 6 product needs repair, we strongly suggest you contact the nearest authorized service center in your region. Line 6 does not offer repair assistance via email or telephone. Also, Line 6 does not provide circuit diagrams, blueprints or schematics for consumer use at this time."

And where I live there is no authorized service center, so what should I do when I need to repair their products? dfegadLine 6

Strange, I have owned 3 line 6 products and the first one was a pod 2 pro. It stopped working one day, I emailed them and someone came to pick it up, fixed it and sent it back all paid for by them. I live very far from the US and A and I didn't think there would be anyone around to fix it. Have you exhausted all possibilities? There must be someone around there. I was very warmed by their support, I thought I was screwed as I live basically in the middle of nowhere audio wise.
