We are the world 25..

i enjoyed the video expect one thing.. what the hell was with the auto-tune? the cast was mixed with new and old and honestly.. the new was F***ing smothered in auto-tune. its one thing to correct for sales..and and another for purpose. all i can say is... JUST SING IT.... if you cant..you shouldnt be there in the all-star line up.. i know im beating an old horse... and once again repeating myself... but seriously... its getting out of hand... why even have singers? when robots can do an equal job.

We Are the World = Steaming Pantload

That song and video is the epitome of everything that is horrible and wrong with music, celebrity, and human existence. I puked my spleen out of my nose and felt an overwhelming desire to kill a puppy when I saw it.

Absolutely horrible. They took every chance they had to make a terrible decision and made it.

That's embarrassing.

Just heard a snippet on Youtube.

I want to throw up. It's all for a good cause, but for **** sake, did they really have to destroy the original in such a way. The Auto-tune is so prominent..

I didn't find the new one, only endless 'sneak preview' news thingies....I didn't hear in what I could find any of the dreaded 'auto-tune' (but no doubt I will when I'm stuck someplace and have to hear it all), but what I did hear sounded 'ghetto-ised' (drum machine with fake handclaps instead of a real drummer, etc.).

In 25 years when the humans are dead they computers will look back on this version and think, man they don't make quality music like this anymore.

Wyclef's part is weird... And Lil Wayne's part is just odd... He's not a singer.
