Thread Starter  | Mondays suck !! I blow a 6414 tube in my voxbox a week ago. Manley was nice enough to send out new tubes for free. The box arrives today with the wrong tubes. This morning I look over at my equinox and I see smoke escaping. Channel 1 is DEAD ! I'm taking 2 days off. |

Thread Starter | Thanks... Turns out that the tubes they sent are the new version they are now using They just forgot to tell me. I have been using a voxbox for 7 years and this is the first time I have been without one. The last week killed me...LOL And Shadow Hills..... Stephanie kicks arse. Completely covered under warranty even though it was a second hand purchase AND they are covering return shipping. I will stick in a BigKnob and get back to work........on wednesday |

Thread Starter | for a light update.... SHI received the equinox and the very next day shipped it back out to me. They fixed the issue, updated the unit and shipped some spares as well. Those guys ROCK !! ehe.....BigKnob  |
