my fridge is broken...

.... so rather than work on a Kaiser Chiefs mix for a sync - I'm watching Sherlock Holmes.

He's not repairing my fridge. That would be trifling affair for the crime detecting genius....

How do you get rid of the resonant low frequency hum without making the sandwich meat go bad ? I turned down the coldness dial once to 'off', getting rid of the hum, but the subsequent ham and cheese sandwich didn't taste as good as it normally *should* (imo). Should I forget the fridge hardware and go with the plugin instead ?

Ah you are forgetting to gate the noise , after all the fridge is a compressor at heart :P

the fridge is still fekked..... Repair man keeps changing dates.....

Would love to - and certainly am qualified to !! But Bosch won't give the PCBs away and only deal with "qualified service personnel" people....ruddy bastaaads...
