| The chinese just... (olympic content) destroyed our national anthem.... 3/4ths of the way through it, apparently, cut out... somehow... so... that was it. game over. and bush stood up and cheered for it  National Anthem cut short in 2008 olympic  |

| ---PROUD AMERICAN CONTENT BELOW...GOD HELP ME------- Yes, But we just upset France by 8/100ths of a second in the men's swim relay, after all of the "We will smash the americans" preemptive talk by Bernard...anyone else see that last night?! Phelps with 8 Medals!!!! Wow. Great upset, great olympic moment, regardless of the countries involoved. Wow....just wow. Good TV.

| F'n amazing race! I haven't watched a sports event that exciting in a while. I don't think it was an epic upset as Giants v Pats, but it was great. I really think there will be an international incident by the end of the games.
