| Ams Neve not returning emails? I mean, i've kept emailing them for 5 weeks, half of my messages are unanswered... I need some parts, Ams Neve UK bounce me over this David Clark who's supposed to assure US distribution but the guy don't carry any parts or part price list... What's wrong with them? I've spent a shit lot of money in Ams Neve gear, and for 1 time i need customer support in 2 years , they won't take care of me! | Their email works just fine... We've exchanged a few already but they keep bouncing me over to this guy who doesn't have any Neve parts in stock , so i emailed them back several times, they probably forwarded my email to this guy in the US because he emailed me an apologized but still , he can't help me and Ams Neve UK plays mute! I'm furious! If i add up all the money spent in Neve gear, i'm close to $35,000 and still, i'm too small of a customer to receive proper support when i need it ? Disgusting! ![]() |

| Call up Audio Agent in Hollywood. They answer the phone and they are the people handling AMS-Neve service in the USA. They did help me, I can tell you that. Don't email anybody, just call them up. Please let us know how your problems are resolved and how you are treated. |
