Fuggin' bull crap! Has anyone gone through the RMA process with them? Is it a pain or am I freaking out for no reason?

We broke one a few years ago and I have to say it went fairly smooth. Just communicate well with Ilok. Good luck, Todd

Same here - mine died for no reason. The replacement process was easy. They were very responsive and helpful for me...

anyone from EUROPE went through the process ?? has the iLok really travel to the states via snail mail ? without a personal contact beforehand ?? (the RMA process and their mail "support" seem to be bot generated tutt) |
