| UPS Lost my BLA Digi 002R I sent my Digi 002R off to Black Lion Audio last week for an upgrade. It should have been delivered yesterday. It wasn't delivered today either. I called them at 7 pm and they told me they would call the driver to deliver my package immediately and they would call me back within the hour. By 8:30 pm still no call, so I called them back. This time they tell me that no one will be available to talk to me about it until 10 am the next morning. The "agent" on the phone looked at the tracking info and after several minutes announced that it was more than likely "lost in transit." I'm so mad I feel like breaking something.
Has anybody else had a similar experience with UPS and be able to tell me exactly how to proceed with these people? How long will it take to get reimbursed if they have in fact lost my Digi?
