Pro Audio Solutions Misery

There are many choices for making a purchase. I recently used PRO AUDIO SOLUTIONS on line store for ordering two items totaling 2500 dollars. These didn't acknowledge that I had placed the order, haven't returned my emails, haven't returned my phone calls. They have collected their money from my credit card. Perhaps business is so good that that don't feel customer service matters.

Furthermore, half of the order is missing without explanation. How many hours and how much energy can I put into this company.

They say that their moto is "Knowledge, Service, Experience, and Integrity." In my experience they have failed on all four accounts.

Fortunately, there are some great retailers out there to work with and Pro Audio Solutions is off my list.

That's very weird.

They carry a huge line, and have two locations. Not sure what their problem is.

Second thoughts

The lines of communications have been opened between me and ProAudio Solutions. They seemed very nice people and sincere. Perhaps I jumped the gun and was too quick to judge. Perhaps we all learned something. At this point I am at peace and would consider purchasing from them in the future; but, I would go through one of their sales people rather than directly off their internet store.

I think that the majority of my frustration came from dealing with them through an internet sale.

That's possible. See my other comment here.

This is a follow-up to my previous comment on May 14. On June 6 -- nearly three months after placing my order, I received two of the four items. On the Pro Audio Solutions website, all four items are shown as having shipped. There is only one tracking number shown, so they didn't ship two packages.

My answer to the question "how many hours and how much energy" is: zero. I'm done with these folks.
