Yeah, I liked Children of Men a lot. I wouldn't call it a masterpiece, but it was very good.

It's hard to tell if media is dictated by the masses or if the masses dictate the media.

What I do know "speaking for America" things like class, education, dignity, respect, loyalty and general sophistication are in very short supply !!

History tells us that every great civilization eats it's self from within so......

I'll also somewhat agree on 2001. I'm not quite 30, but I remember being amazed by that movie as a kid. The last time I saw it a couple of years ago, I dunno, the thrill was gone watching it. I'll have to check it out again.

Great movie! The long pan shot was incredible. And I loved the Pink Floyd Animals reference.
