Angry Tunecore / iTunes .....come on already...

After I got my album ready for prime-time, I decided to use Tunecore to get my tracks onto the iTunes store. This was in the first week of January.

After a long time of processing, Tunecore's logic page had a "Album Sent" logo on my album. It said that your album would be live on or before February 27th--today. I realize it takes a long time to get everything processed, and that technically once it's sent to iTunes, there's nothing Tunecore can do. Or is there?

Basically, I'm trying to figure out what the hold-up is, and when in fact my album will be going live.

Does anyone have any similar experiences?

Have a bit more patience, its worth it. I found tunecore to be an excellent tool/resource/service.

Once your up and running the service is excellent.

Good luck!

I called Tunecore support, and talked to a woman there. She told me that my album is already live in the UK.... so if there are any Brits reading this, tell me how it looks!

There was some sort of problem where it was only activated for the UK (even though I live in the states). I chose to be on all iTunes stores...but yadda yadda yadda, she did something that will make it live on all stores, including the USA one, either tonight or tomorrow morning.

Sweet....
