Cool Copyright hit, "Clip" watermark?

Hey friends, what will happen if you have an good music and wish get attention from an major label using Myspace? I mean, we could be stoled?
Once i did read here in GS about copyright or watermark .
What mean "clip" in the recorded music?
In resume, have some cheap "method" in upload our music without fear of be stoled from some person?
I don“t have lawyer . Well...

Music can be stolen, but you have some protection from copyright laws. Any logs or evidence that you created the song would be useful in a courtroom. Digital watermarking isn't really necessary if you can prove the song was yours.
