Waves are scum!Banpiracy are blackmailing scumbags!They can't do anything here in the states but are still threatening everybody/studios that they can.They said they saw a TDM version of the diamond bundle on my pc!!! They are smokin crack!I own 3 waves bundles that are registered and they know it but still threaten to sue my little home studio unless I cough up $19,000............thats right,they have been trying to blackmail me for close to a year now for $19,000!!!They call all of the time and just hang up.......leaving no message.They keep sending threatening emails saying they are about to start litigation procedings on me.I just ignore them. I hope waves falls off of the face of the Earth!!! DON'T google "Waves torrent". Its wrong. Also don't google "API bundle torrent"

I'm glad this info is just between the 900,000 users of this forum because if it got around it could be a disaster for waves if regular consumers found out that every waves product was cracked.

I've been around here awhile and am not new.I just don't post to just post............I post when the thread is important to me.

I have a guesstimated $20,000 worth of plugs on my ilok including waves bundles and for them to do to me what they are trying to do makes me want to f@cking kill somebody.I want them to go bankrupt and I hope now that everyone will stop buying their products and/or just bootleg them.Waves deserve what they get from now on.I HOPE THEY BURN IN HELL!

Just to put this in perspective - you're cool to get personal, doubting my intelligence because I didn't automatically think Waves would make hang up calls to you, but neglect to block their caller ID? Was the number the same as their office number? I don't know about the States, but in Australia, if someone from, say, my insurance company was to ring me, I wouldn't see their main office number appear on my phone.

Secondly, while touting yourself as obviously more intelligent than I, you wished death upon the innocent family of someone whose tactics you are questioning?

First, Waves has a right to be paid for their software. You use it, you buy it.

I'm actually sick and tired of every other person with a hacked version of Logic and the Waves Platinum Bundle calling themselves a studio. Of course they could undercut the rest of us because they were not paying for their "equipment" like the rest of us.

So why don't you sue them for all of the harrassment,false accusations,and threats?They totally made shit up about me and would'nt/could'nt prove that they had sqwat.All they wanted me to do was buy more waves software and they then would call it "even" basically.I will never buy another waves product again.Yeah maybe waves should invest more into ways of not cracking their software instead of harrassing good customers.The best plugs in the world.....Duy and McDSP have never been cracked and I own all of their plugs.Once waves started that WUP crap it was over for me.They are money sucking leeches!
