The offer this month is just for the EQ/Dyn combinations on the 9k or 4k modules. We're running this as a bit of a "suck it and see" offer, to se what the response would be. As such, I'm afraid that we're not able to offer any other module combinations. However, if it is succesful then we will consider doing other offers in the future.

Yes. I could ship to Canada, however where customs is involved I will only declare the full sale price for insurance reasons. I also prefer to ship via UPS since I have daily pickup at my place of work.
