I read your post in the 'Who mixed Wu Tang...' thread with a combination of admiration and envy. Although, being an older gentleman myself, I remember those days fondly, being a UK resident my involvement with the NY Hip Hop scene was vicarious at best.
Also, growing up as one of six in a one-parent family, I didn't get involved in the whole 'beat making' thing until relatively recently. I'm still learning that the more I learn, the more I've learned that I have much more to learn... or something like that.
Anyway, I enjoyed your post and hope to witness your continued contributions to this forum.
