Hi,
I saw a post you posted in 2009 :
I'm not sure what's causing this one, and I've been fiddling for quite a bit now.

A mysterious time delay has shown up during my playback in pro tools m-powered 7.4. I'll see the marker pass over the kick drum, and then a moment later I'll hear the kick. It's making recording somewhat annoying. Taking the buffer down to 128 doesn't seem to help.... in fact, turning it up to 2048 appears to make an improvement.... which is counter-intuitive.

Anybody have any ideas what's going on

I saw you didn't got a proper answer. I was wondering if you managed to work it out, because I'm having the exact same problem in Protools 10.

I'm not really sure what I did specifically, but it was just EQ and maybe some compression.
