Do you have Soft SampleCell or Hardware PCI SampleCell that works on G4s?

Hi foldback, my name is danny and I see you have a neve8816, I was wondering is you could help me out a little with mine. I have as well the fader pack 8804 and I cant seem get it right. I am trying to send out of pro tools to eqs/compressor the direct out of fader into pro tool but no sound comes in. The onl way is if I send the direct outs to pre fader returns and from pre fader send into pro tools?
Please help... I am also getting only one speaker mix when doing this.
How do you have yours set up?
Any advice I would greatly appriciate it.
