    Honestly mate, i'm not a great authority on the matter. When I built my current PC, I did minimal research and sort of lucked out that I picked the right ones.

    Personally i'd suggest going into the massive PC Build thread and look at people's experiences, and match your system components to systems and components that are known to work well together without problems.

    Hi Kaoz,

    A couple of weeks ago, you replied to my post about setting up a new PC DAW. You mentioned DPC latency and I've been reading a bit about it, but still have no idea how I can plan to avoid it. Any suggestions? So far I've decided to narrow down the good components I want one by one, and then take it from there. I had no idea buying a new computer would be this complicated. *wipes brow*
