I was looking to one of your post about CF Card reader for mpc 2000 ->

SO i buy the exact same card reader from Conrad and install it (BTW I install the 1.20 Os to the MPC) but the card reader is not recognized ??? before i had an internal zip drive and was correctly recognized and "atapi" was replacing the "floppy"
But now nothing it just tell me there's no floppy drive ? by now I had no Cf card ! master is selected...
My question is -> should i put a card in the card reader first to be able to see it in the MPC operating system ? thanks in advance for you response !

I was reading your post about CEM5530 clones from Frace for prophet vs. Sorry but I didn't understand where I can buy, contacts... I would really appreciate if you can help me.
My prophet , after about 1 hour of work, begins to flash with lights and intermitting sound... is it a sign that 5530 is dying?
