Had the same problem. First Apogee shipped me a SIMM card and asked me to install it. I did but it didn't fix the problem. I had to ship it to Apogee and they repaired it for me. Never told me what was wrong with it but they fixed it . Email Apogee and they will send you a shipping address. Good luck.
