Amps for Dunlavy SC V's?

We've been thinking about getting 4 bryston 4b's, the older models, to biamp each speaker does anyone have recommendations for other poweramps for use with these speakers. Our playback chain now is DAW (pro tools) -- Lavry blue d/a -- Dangerous monitor ST -- adcom poweramps. We may be switching to mytek converters also in the near future but recommendations on some other options for power amps would be great.

Thanks,

Matt Hayes

I have not heard it my self, but some one told me that anything before the ST models are harsh on the top end.

I have the 14b st witch at the aes show Bryston told me it was the same as the newr SST models.

I'd look into some of the new digital amps.

I doubt that the Brystons would be any better, if as good as the Adcoms.

Outstanding yet affordable digital:

Great analog (but $$$...), just a couple out of scores of brands:

"Digital" here refers only to switching P.S.; all these amps have extensive digital circuits for protection, etc., and analog audio sections.

I use these, and wouldn't think of changing (previously had Bryston 7BST and Pass 600s):

I'm using a pair of Cello Performance IIs with my SCV's and am very happy.
It's been awhile since I auditioned different amps but at the time these seemed very neutral to me. The Cellos still show up from time to time on audiogone.
