MPL1 Pro Limiter

I just tried out this new mastering plug in and I must say I'm impressed with it. I'm wondering if anyone else has tried it out. I did and A/B test using Babylon Sisters and I was able to get a few more dB's out of the version I have on CD with no apparent loss in quality. You have to fidget with the typical threshold, release and gain controls to dial in the sound you’re going for. I think this is pretty cool for a plug in. Anyone else have an opinion on this, (Mr. Katz : )? So far, this is the best limiting plug in I've heard but I haven't used all that are out there. It seems reasonable for the money.

I thought it was quite good.

I think the elephant is the best digital limiter.

Thanks for the tip, just tried elephant. Wow, really transparent, nice!

I feel the same about Elephant. Although maybe not that "powerful" like Waves L2/3, it sounds more pleasant and transparent to me ...

What mode do you guys usually use Elephant in? I'm almost always in el-3 when I'm using Elephant. I agree, somewhat transparent/light sounding on the material.
