Copy Enabled in sB SE

in the Mark Info window of sB SE

default is to have the Copy Enabled box unchecked, which according to the SE manual renders the CD unable to copy

we've never had a situation with someone calling us to complain that they cannot copy either a master or CD that was manufactured from our master even though we always cut them with this box unchecked (default)

we have a little 1:1 duplicator (Alesis) we use to make extra copies from our masters and even make more than a few copies without issue

does manufacturing CD's support the SCMS enabled in sB (copy enabled box unchecked)?

just trying to answer a question for a client who wants to make sure that people buying his CD can make copies for their friends

thanks

No, the "copy prohibit" flag ("copy enable" in this case) applies only to SPDIF.
