Breaking in new speaker advice

Tyler D1 arrived and setup. Of course I leave for 6 day vacation tomorrow and new Emotiva not here yet.

What is recommended for breaking them in? Tones or looping cd/album?
I can have intern leave audio going through them when he is here while I am away

thanks
D

I used a disc I made of pink, bandpassed noise, low sweeps, low warbles and music. Drive it hard / let it rest / drive it hard / repeat.

Heck, if I can find it anytime soon, I'll send it over.

I also use a CD from JMR called "Magic CD" based on a random noise with narrow bandwidth.
